2、測量放線、出實(shí)際測量圖進(jìn)口板材為國外廠家定尺產(chǎn)品,而且受加工機(jī)具和精度的要求,只能在工廠加工成型,現(xiàn)場不具備加工條件。受磚縫影響,現(xiàn)場安裝調(diào)整量在2mm以內(nèi),因此要求嚴(yán)格測量出建筑物的實(shí)際尺寸。除測量建筑物的幾個(gè)大角外,所有門窗尺寸、位置都應(yīng)予以實(shí)測,套方找正,并根據(jù)測量結(jié)果繪制實(shí)際測量圖,并以此作為排版的前提。如果有必要,窗洞口位置還須根據(jù)排版要求作微量調(diào)整。還要考慮與其他區(qū)域不同材料交圈的具體情況,實(shí)際測量結(jié)果給后續(xù)工作帶來很大便利；

It is also necessary to consider the specific situation of the circle crossing with different materials in other regions, and the actual measurement results will bring great convenience to the follow-up work;

3、排版受磚縫和板材定尺的影響,使用計(jì)算機(jī)和CAD軟件進(jìn)行排版,經(jīng)過反復(fù)優(yōu)化,考慮板材大利用率,在取得終排版方案后,針對每一塊板材細(xì)化加工圖及相應(yīng)的開槽圖及板材四周的企口加工圖,一一編號,作為加工依據(jù)；

4、板材加工根據(jù)加工圖,所有板材均要求使用數(shù)控平板切割刨槽機(jī)進(jìn)行加工,精度誤差要求在0?5mm以內(nèi),以確保安裝精度；

5、龍骨制作安裝所有龍骨均進(jìn)行熱鍍鋅處理,焊縫涂刷防腐漆,焊接材料必須符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。龍骨安裝后,必須進(jìn)行反復(fù)檢查校正,對于橫龍骨可采用經(jīng)緯儀作通長檢查。

5. Keel fabrication and installation All keels shall be hot-dip galvanized, and the weld shall be painted with anti-corrosion paint. The welding materials must meet the national standards. After the keel is installed, it must be checked and corrected repeatedly. For the horizontal keel, the theodolite can be used for the overall length inspection.

6、定位打孔、固定掛件板材加工完成后,按加工圖一一核實(shí),檢查無誤后按設(shè)計(jì)位置對板材背部的掛件進(jìn)行定位,并按要求打孔,安裝掛件,要求定位誤差控制在±0?5mm,并逐一檢查牢固性。打孔必須對電鉆加限位裝置,防止鉆深。

7、板材安裝安裝順序原則上是自下而上、自邊而內(nèi)安裝,后窗臺收口。安裝時(shí)注意及時(shí)將插片插入豎向槽內(nèi),同時(shí)注意企口朝向是否正確。每安裝鋪設(shè)1排墻板后,應(yīng)檢查一次垂直度和平整度,調(diào)整板縫寬度,以便及時(shí)消除安裝誤差；飾面板安裝完畢后,也可用硅酮膠、收口條處理企口4mm黑縫隙（看設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格而定，一般也不用處理），要注意在易于被污染的部位用塑料薄膜覆蓋保護(hù)。

7. In principle, the installation sequence of plates is from bottom to top, from side to inside, and finally the window sill is closed. During installation, pay attention to inserting the insert into the vertical slot in time, and pay attention to whether the groove orientation is correct. After each row of wallboard is installed and laid, the verticality and flatness shall be checked once, and the width of the board joint shall be adjusted to eliminate the installation error in time; After the installation of the decorative panel, the 4mm black gap of the rabbet can also be treated with silicone rubber and closing strip (depending on the design style, it is generally not necessary to treat it). Pay attention to cover and protect the parts prone to pollution with plastic film.

8、竣工清理在全部工序完成后進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收,驗(yàn)收合格后然后統(tǒng)一撕去板材的保護(hù)膜,對于板材的局部污染,可采用中性清洗劑進(jìn)行清理。

8. The completion cleaning shall be inspected and accepted after the completion of all processes. After the acceptance, the protective film of the plate shall be uniformly removed. For the local pollution of the plate, neutral cleaning agent can be used for cleaning.
