b.涂膠：在防火板背面及基材表面均勻涂上強力膠，如果基材表面非常不平整或吸水性*，手工需上兩次膠以使表面*布膠。施工時注意由于季節(jié)、氣候、地區(qū)等原因。各強力膠的揮發(fā)時間都會有所不同，根據(jù)強力膠的使用建議，結(jié)合實際操作及施工備件來決定揮發(fā)時間，如：使用脫水脲醛膠和白乳膠時，需要在室溫25-30度的條件下加壓十二個小時以上。

If the surface of the base material is very uneven or water absorbent, apply glue twice manually to make the surface * glue. c.貼板：等干到不粘手市，將防火板小心地放到基板上面，如果粘貼的面積非常大，能用木條先間隔著放在基板上面，再將防火板放到基板上，等對正后再將木條抽出，將防火板一步步地按壓到基板上。然后用流滾輪或抹布用力壓勻，同時避免殘余的空氣在里面。

C. Board pasting: when it is dry and not sticky, carefully put the fireproof board on the base plate. If the pasting area is very large, you can put the fireproof board on the base plate with wooden strips, and then put the fireproof board on the base plate. After aligning, pull out the wooden strips, and press the fireproof board on the base plate step by step. Then press evenly with a flow roller or rag, while avoiding residual air inside.

d.修正：等以上的加壓工作做好了，就用修邊機或10度角之刃將多余的邊切去，后再用較利的銼刀將接縫銼得圓滑些。千萬注意：只能向下銼，不可來回銼，以免切斷面不平整光滑！多余而滲出來的膠應該用小塊抹布以及溶劑清理干凈。這樣整個施工過程就完成了。

D. Correction: After the above pressurization work is completed, cut off the redundant edges with a trimming machine or a 10-degree angle blade, and then file the seams with a sharp file to make them smooth. Please note: only file down, not back and forth, to avoid uneven and smooth cutting section! Excess and leaked glue should be cleaned with small rags and solvent. e.施工環(huán)境要求:一般建議在現(xiàn)場施工將防火板和基板放在同一環(huán)境中48小時，濕度在45%，不宜高于80%，溫度不低于18攝氏度。

E. Requirements for construction environment: It is generally recommended to put the fireproof board and base plate in the same environment for 48 hours, with the humidity of 45%, not higher than 80%, and the temperature not lower than 18 ℃.

使用限制：

Use restrictions:

1.僅限室內(nèi)使用、不適合直接附于水泥、混凝土墻、石膏板上；

2.非結(jié)構(gòu)性材料、應附于合適基材上；

2. Non-structural materials shall be attached to the appropriate substrate;

3.不宜長時間置于高于135攝氏度的場所或在直射陽光暴曬。
