關(guān)于抗倍特板掛墻的施工工藝，總共可分為六個(gè)步驟

The construction process of anti magnification board wall hanging can be divided into six steps in total

一、基層處理。需要清除板面的浮沙和異物，保證墻面的平整。

1、 Grassroots treatment. It is necessary to remove floating sand and foreign objects from the board surface to ensure the flatness of the wall.

二、墻面放線。要依據(jù)現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況結(jié)合墻面的排版圖，將掛墻板分格線彈于施工墻面上。

2、 Wall setting out. Based on the actual situation on site and the layout of the wall, snap the partition lines of the wall panel onto the construction wall.

三、制作并固定龍骨。根據(jù)墻面的實(shí)際情況去設(shè)計(jì)好骨間距，并制作龍骨。將龍骨安裝于墻面的過程中，調(diào)整好平整度。

3、 Make and fix the keel. Design the bone spacing based on the actual situation of the wall and make the keel. Adjust the flatness when installing the keel on the wall.

四、安裝掛墻板材。掛墻板的安裝有干掛與濕掛兩種方式，它們的施工工藝、基材與所呈現(xiàn)的效果都是不一樣的。

4、 Install wall hanging panels. There are two ways to install wall panels: dry hanging and wet hanging, and their construction techniques, substrates, and effects are different.

干掛

Dry hanging

干掛工藝較為復(fù)雜，一般來說選用較厚的板材進(jìn)行施工。干掛掛墻板是由橫豎龍骨、可調(diào)節(jié)與不可調(diào)節(jié)掛件、防撞膠條、角碼等配件組合而成的一個(gè)系統(tǒng)。這種干掛的施工工藝，其墻面具有可承重、可拆卸、防撞、組合靈活等優(yōu)勢。

The dry hanging process is relatively complex, and generally thicker boards are used for construction. Dry hanging wall panel is a system composed of horizontal and vertical keels, adjustable and non adjustable pendants, anti-collision strips, corner codes, and other accessories. This dry hanging construction process has the advantages of load-bearing, detachable, collision resistant, and flexible combination on the wall.

Wet hanging

濕掛施工也叫粘貼施工，一般會(huì)選用較薄的板材。主要施工方式是先把基材安裝于龍骨之上，然后再用膠水進(jìn)行固定壓實(shí)粘貼。粘貼工藝的優(yōu)勢是，這種工藝成本相對較低，工期快，適合做大面積裝修的時(shí)進(jìn)行采用。

Wet hanging construction, also known as adhesive construction, usually uses thinner sheets. The main construction method is to first install the substrate on the keel, and then use glue to fix, compact, and paste it. The advantage of the pasting process is that it has a relatively low cost, fast construction period, and is suitable for large-scale decoration.

五、清理。清除擦凈板面污漬。

5、 Cleaning. Remove and wipe off any stains on the board surface.

六、驗(yàn)收。按照相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)要求及國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。

6、 Acceptance. Conduct acceptance according to relevant design requirements and national standards.
